The WiFi name & password is located on green depression glass hook in kitchen. There is a surge protector strip for you to use under the Nightstand. The top light switch just inside entry door must be in the ON position for the exterior motion light to work.  

The city of Monterey has a NO NOISE ordinance after 10:00 p.m. Please have fun but close the windows to lower the noise level to be considerate of your neighbors. 

Please shake off SAND from your wet swimsuits, wetsuits, or wet beach towels prior to entering the Studio, to keep SAND out. You can use the water hose @ hose bib outside to rinse your wetsuits/swimsuits off first, then hang on Exterior 8-Hook Shelf Rack to dry in the Side Yard.

Please DO NOT remove the plastic liners from the wicker Hamper or Trash bins-the liners are there for wet items.

Please Do Not Park on the Driveway. Please contact the city of Monterey for a neighborhood parking permit if car won't be moved after 72 hours.

Side Yard holds the BROWN Trash & BLUE Recycle Bin-Garbage Trucks will Not pick up the bins if pizza boxes are visible, so we ask that you put any pizza boxes at the bottom of the brown bin only, Your bins are shared with us, we ask that in order to maximize the garbage space for all, that you PLEASE RECYCLE.

KITCHEN & BATH NOTES: 

Fire Extinguisher located under sink, 

DO NOT clean Bath tub with any powder cleansers or Bleach. There is a non-bleach spray cleaner under the bath sink for your usage to clean the tub, please do not get that spray on the natural Marble floor or gray Bathmat.

Please DO NOT use abrasive sponges or scouring powder on any Glassware, Marble floor, or white Corian Counters. We provide non-abrasive BonAmi powdered cleanser for your use on Corian Sink & Counters ONLY if needed.

Please move the Coffee Maker, & the Toaster away from upper cabinet while in use, so the steam doesn't damage the base of the upper oak cabinet.

Please cover your plate with a paper plate before microwaving to minimize microwave interior clean-up. 

No Matches or Candles allowed on premises except for Birthday Cakes.

LIVING & BEDROOM NOTES:

We strive to keep the carpet clean for the next guests, if you would be so kind to try to keep your shoes on the provided mat if dirty.

Please take care Not to break the vintage Stained Glass Panel on the cabinet under the TV.

***DO NOT move the Rare green depression glass Table Lamp, we have quake gel underneath it to prevent breakage. 

In order to minimize fading of interior fabrics & wall art, PLEASE try to Lower and Close all Window Blinds, before leaving the Studio. 

Please DO NOT hang wet Bath Towels anywhere but on the interior Grab bar. The hooks behind the doors are for dry clothes only please.

***DO NOT REMOVE the cloth quilted mattress cover or the VINYL Pillow or Mattress PROTECTORS, they are there for Sanitary reasons and to make sure we never get Bedbugs***.
