There is a toilet plunger located under the hall bath vanity. If needed, please call Roto-Rooter

FREE ON STREET PARKING with NO PERMIT required. Please Do Not Block or Park on the Driveway. You'll need to Move your Car every 72 hours, as the City of Monterey chalks tires to look for abandoned vehicles.
 

KEYS: 2 STUDIO & 2 GARDEN GATE KEYS for Side Yard access.

REMOTES: 2 Remotes for the 40" SAMSUNG Smart TV, & SAMSUNG blue ray DVD Player.
 

Wi-Fi: Name & Password: Located on Heart chalkboard on a Very RARE Antique green depression glass hook in Kitchenette.
 

IMPORTANT! Prior to ANY SHORT OR LONG DEPARTURE Off the Property, Before You LOCK the Door behind you, PLEASE UNPLUG HEATER, CLOSE & LOCK ALL WINDOWS, & LOWER MINIBLINDS TO MINIMIZE THE FADING OF CURTAIN VALANCES, WALL ART, & FURNITURE.
 

EXTERIOR:

LOCKED SIDE YARD w/Motion Censored Lighting, MUST REMAIN LOCKED BEHIND YOU "AT ALL TIMES" Whenever You ENTER or DEPART. OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN ITEMS STORED THERE, PLEASE LOCK UP YOUR BIKES ON THE HARDENED S/STEEL RINGS. NO OTHER STORAGE ALLOWED OUTSIDE, OTHER THAN "OUTDOOR" ITEMS APPROVED IN WRITING BY OWNERS.
 

The Exterior Security Cameras act like an automatic light. The Front Door galvanized light fixture requires the Interior light switch, to the right of the door to be in the "ON" position for it to operate in AUTOMATIC mode.
 

DO NOT share the Studio's Hardwired Alarm code with anyone, or say it out loud outside.
 

Please shake off SAND from your wet Swimsuits or Beach Towels prior to entering the Studio, to keep the SAND out. You can use the water hose @ hose bib in the Side Yard to rinse off your Swimsuits & then utilize the Exterior Sea Angel 8-Hook Shelf Rack there to dry items outdoors, as there is NO Washer/Dryer provided.
 

TRASH PICK UP DAY is Early MONDAY Morning. PLEASE Empty your Trash Bins at least every other day into the Side Yard BROWN Trash & BLUE Recycle Bins, Garbage Trucks will Not pick up the bins if pizza boxes are visible, so place those at the bottom of the brown bin only, Your bins are shared, we ask that in order to maximize the garbage space for all, that you PLEASE Recycle.
 

The City of Monterey has a NO NOISE Ordinance in Residential Neighborhoods after 10:00 p.m. Please have fun but close the windows to lower the noise level to be considerate of your neighbors.
 

The following items are NOT ALLOWED on the Property as they can cause Permanent Damage - NO Stickers to be placed anywhere on property, NO Bleach, Hydrogen Peroxide, Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Hair Dye, Permanent Markers, Chewing Gum, or CANDLES-except for Birthday Cakes.

STUDIO FLAWS: Chips & Stains on Kitchenette Marble Floor, & teeny chip on front of CORIAN Countertop at Bath Sink.
 

CLEANING NOTES: 

We Do NOT allow any other Cleaners or Sponges except the ones we provide u/both Sink Cabinets, which each have a NON-ABRASIVE Blue Sponge & DAWN liquid dish soap for the TUB*DO NOT clean Tub or any Glassware dishes/drinking glasses, bowls, or dining utensils, with anything but DAWN soap or you will permanently scratch them! Additionally, u/Kitchenette Sink, we provide Bon Ami non-abrasive powdered cleanser for ALL white CORIAN Counters, Sinks, & Shower Walls ONLY if needed. There's a NON-BLEACH Cleaning Spray for the Toilet ONLY, & FOLEX CARPET Cleaner & hand-held Dust buster vacuum located on the upper top shelf of the tall Oak Cabinet closet to the front door.
 

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE Do NOT Move the small white round electronic LEAK DETECTOR in the rear LT hand Corner of each Under Sink Cabinet, & behind the Toilet. If it notifies our phones, that there is an active LEAK in those areas, we reserve the right to enter & turn off the water there to make needed repairs, if you are not at the Studio. We will first text and/or call you to check if you see any water there, before entering to address the leak. 

THERE IS ALSO AN ELCTRONIC FIRE DETECTOR THAT NOTIFIES OUR PHONES IN CASE OF FIRE.
 

GLASS & MIRRORS: We use water to slightly dampen a paper towel to clean them as WINDEX is 90% water. NEVER spray Windex directly onto Glass or Mirrors, especially the Glass Top on the Bath Vanity Dresser, as it can seep underneath to damage the oak wood top there, & also on the Oak Mirrors & painted Window trims. If Windex is needed, Spray it onto a paper towel first, or the ammonia will damage the surrounding Oak or painted wood finishes.
 

CARPET: We strive to keep the Carpet clean for the next guests, there's an exterior black rubber Doormat at the exterior to scrape your shoes, if you would be so kind to try to keep your WET Shoes on the provided small Gray Carpet Mat under the metal FAMILY 4-Hook Coat Rack.

The Gray Carpet Runner & 2 Heart Mats: are there to keep the traffic area clean. Please use the hand-held Dust Buster Vacuum w/extra battery for quick clean-ups, located on the upper shelf of the tall Oak Cabinet closest to the front door, along with FOLEX carpet cleaning spray if needed.
 

2 Gray BATHMATS & Clear Oval SHOWER MAT: If you need these washed-give them to Owner. DO NOT place them into a Washing Machine or Dryer! If you need to prevent a Stain from setting on the 2 Bathmats, spot clean them ONLY with the FOLEX Carpet Cleaner provided in the upper tall Oak cabinet closest to the front door.
 

BATHTUB: NEVER clean it with any Bleach or powder cleanser! It is a painted surface, so ONLY clean Tub with the Provided DAWN blue liquid & a washcloth if needed.
 

TOILET: MOVE out the gray Toilet Mat before cleaning, so it doesn't get permanently stained, then use the provided non-bleach cleaner for the "TOILET Only" if needed, stored u/Bath Sink. Take Care NOT to get that spray on the natural MARBLE FLOOR or nearby CARPET as well, to prevent permanent staining.

CORIAN COUNTERS/SINK, SHOWER WALLS, & BATH SINK: Use provided non-abrasive blue Sponges w/Dawn liquid Soap, or if needed, the BON AMI powder cleanser, but Never use Bon Ami cleanser on the painted Tub.
 

NATURAL MARBLE FLOORS: NEVER use a cleaning product on them! ONLY use WATER on lightly damp paper towels or clean rags, then IMMEDIATELY Dry It to prevent permanent staining.
 

MICROWAVE OVEN & FRIDGE: ONLY USE THE SOFT SIDE OF THE Kitchen SPONGE Provided TO CLEAN the Interior or Exterior surfaces.
 

Pink GLASSWARE & DINING UTENSILS: Never use the abrasive side of our sponges or BonAmi powder cleanser on any of the Dining Utensils or GLASS Plates, Cups, Bowls etc. to avoid scratching them.
 

KITCHEN & BATH NOTES: 

NO STOVE-ONLY MICROWAVE OVEN AVAILABLE FOR COOKING. TOASTER OVENS ALLOWED, & Can be Stored under the Sink, but NO HOT PLATES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, AS THEY POSE A FIRE HAZARD!
 

MICROWAVE CAUTION! Always utilize the 2 provided black silicone Gripper Mitts on wall, to prevent burns & spills from HOT Microwaving vessels, & ALWAYS Cover your food with a thin paper plate while microwaving to minimize Splattering & INTERIOR Cleaning.
 

IMPORTANT!-Please move Toaster, Coffee Maker, your Toaster Oven, or anything that makes Steam while in use, AWAY from Upper Oak Kitchenette Cabinet, in order to prevent Moisture Damage to it.

PLEASE USE Exhaust Fans! while Microwaving or Bathing, to prevent Humidity spots on Ceilings & Bath Curtain Cornice.
 

DO NOT Remove the plastic liners from the heart wicker Hamper & 2 Trash Bins, as the liners are there for wet items & to maintain them Sanitary. *We leave an EXTRA replacement Bag inside each of them, & will provide more if needed.
 

DO NOT Use SPRAY Deodorizers in Bathroom, as it will damage the RARE Antique metal hardware there on the Antique green DG Towel Bars, as they are very cost prohibitive to get polished & lacquered again. We supply an Airwick Plug-in Deodorizer for your usage during your stay.
 

If the Bathroom Dehumidifier’s Blue Button starts Flashing, UNPLUG it & Move it to OVER the Sink, Slide out the Drawer, loosen the black plug, & empty it, taking care NOT to splatter water on Glass Top, Oak Side Panel to the left of Sink, & natural Marble Floor.
 

ALWAYS Dry the Oak Left side panel of Bath Sink with a towel whenever you use the Sink, to prevent Water damage to the exposed Oak cabinet there.
 

DO NOT leave Wet Towels on the Natural WICKER HAMPER or Natural MARBLE Floor, & PLEASE Dry the Marble Floor after each Shower, to avoid Permanently Staining them.
 

DO NOT Hang Wet BATH TOWELS anywhere, except for on the Tub's interior Chrome Grab Bars or over the Shower Doors! The Hooks behind each Door are for DRY Clothes ONLY, TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOM OAK DOORS. 

The RARE Antique green Depression Glass Towel Bars are ALSO for DRY Towels ONLY, as water will damage their Very RARE Metal Wall Brackets.
 

Please Use the Exterior Sea Angel 8-Hook Wall Rack for drying Wet Swimsuits or Beach Towels.
 

LIVING & BEDROOM NOTES:
 

Fire Extinguisher & white Metal Stepladder are located inside Closet; 10 Year Battery Combo Smoke/CO Detector is on ceiling.
 

CAUTION! Please take care NOT to damage the vintage Stained Glass Panel on the Oak cabinet under the TV.
 

BEDDING: DO NOT REMOVE the quilted fabric & the vinyl mattress covers or the hypoallergenic fabric Pillow PROTECTORS, they are there for Sanitary reasons and to prevent Bedbugs.

Locked Doors & Cabinets are for OWNER Storage only.
 

It is mutually agreed that Email will suffice as written communication between all parties, including, if needed, final deposit accounting upon vacancy.
