    NO PETS & NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. 


    NO STOVE-ONLY A MICROWAVE INSTALLED FOR COOKING!  NO HOT PLATES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, WHETHER THEY BE KEROSINE, BATTERY, ELECTRICAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE-NOT ALLOWED.


    TRASH PICK UP DAY is Early MONDAY Morning. Side Yard holds the BROWN Trash & BLUE Recycle Bin-Garbage Trucks will Not pick up the bins if pizza boxes are visible, so we ask that you put any pizza boxes at the bottom of the brown bin only, Your bins are shared, we ask that in order to maximize the garbage space for all, that you PLEASE RECYCLE.


    The WiFi name & password is located on green depression glass hook in kitchen. There is a black Surge Protector Power Strip for you to use under the Nightstand, & USB Outlet near the Table. 


    The top Right Side light switch just inside entry door Must Be in the ON position for the Exterior Motion Light fixture to automatically turn on.

     

    The city of Monterey has a NO NOISE ordinance after 10:00 p.m. Please have fun but close the windows to lower the noise level to be considerate of your neighbors. 


    Please move the Coffee Maker, & the Toaster away from upper cabinet while in use, so the steam doesn't damage the base of the upper oak cabinet.


    PLEASE UNPLUG THE HEATER WHENEVER YOU LEAVE THE STUDIO.


    Bleach, Nail Polish or it's Remover, Hair Dye, Permanent Markers, Chewing Gum, Stickers, Matches or Candles (except for Birthday Cakes). are NOT ALLOWED on the property, as they can cause permanent damage.


    Please shake off SAND from your wet swimsuits or beach towels prior to entering the Studio, to keep the SAND out. You can use the water hose @ hose bib outside to rinse off your swimsuits first, & utilize the Exterior 8EA ANGEL 8-Hook Shelf Rack to dry items in the Side Yard.


    Please DO NOT remove the plastic liners from the wicker Hamper or any Trash bins-the liners are there for wet items & for sanitary purpose to maintain them clean.


    Please Do Not Park on Driveway. Please contact the city of Monterey for a neighborhood parking permit if car won't be moved much, as the city will chalk your tires prior to ticketing it.


    KITCHEN & BATH NOTES: 

    Fire Extinguisher located under sink.


    PLEASE Do NOT leave wet towels on the natural Marble floors as they will damage it permanently.


    DO NOT clean Bathtub with any powder cleansers, abrasive sponges, or Bleach. There is a Non-Bleach spray cleaner under the bath sink for your usage to clean, please do not get that spray on the natural Marble floor, Bathmats, or Carpet. 


    Please DO NOT use abrasive sponges or scouring powder on any Glassware, Glass Protectors on Oak furniture, Marble floor, or white CORIAN Counters. We provide non-abrasive blue sponges & BonAmi powdered cleanser for your use on the CORIAN Sink & Counters ONLY if needed.


    Do Not spray glass cleaner directly onto the Glass Protectors on Oak furniture, if needed, spray onto the paper towel then wipe. The windex with amonia will damage the finish on the oak wood.


    Please use caution while removing hot or liquid items from Microwave & cover your plate with a paper plate before microwaving to minimize microwave interior clean-up. 


    Please DO NOT hang wet Bath Towels anywhere but on the Tub's interior Grab Bars or over the Shower Door. Please use the Exterior Sea Angel 8-Hook Wall Rack for Wet Swimsuits or Beach Towels. The hooks behind the Oak doors are for dry clothes only.


    LIVING & BEDROOM NOTES:


    Please close & lock all windows before leaving the Studio, & double check that you've locked the door.


    We strive to keep the carpet clean for the next guests, if you would be so kind to try to keep your shoes on the provided mat if dirty.


    Please take care Not to damage the vintage Stained Glass Panel on the cabinet under the TV. 


    In order to minimize fading of interior window valance fabrics & wall art, PLEASE Lower and Close all Window Blinds, before leaving the Studio. 


    ***DO NOT REMOVE the cloth quilted mattress cover or the hypoallergenic Pillow or Mattress PROTECTORS, they are there for Sanitary reasons and to prevent Bedbugs***


    PLEASE READ & USE the quick Arrival & Final Departure CHECK LIST, located in Kitchenette.


    It is mutually agreed that Email will suffice as written communication between all parties, including, if needed, final deposit accounting upon vacancy.
     

    By reserving, Tenants here in acknowledge that they have read & understand the above Rental Agreement Information & Our House Rules, agreeing to abide by all terms & conditions.
